- RIBA Stages 0–4: Design Brief, Concept Designs, Pre-Planning, Full Planning Application, and Technical Design for Building Regulations.
- Collaborated with a structural engineer for calculations and compliance.
Outcome:
- Successfully secured full Planning Permission and Building Control Approval.
- Client self-managed the project but faced challenges due to lack of experience in managing the project by himself.
