Conversion of an existing pizza restaurant into a well-known restaurant chain, enhancing its functionality and customer experience.
Reconfigure seating areas and kitchen layout for smooth circulation.
Design interior and space layout to align with the restaurant’s brand identity and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Services Provided:

RIBA Stages 0 to 3: Define Design Brief, Concept Designs, Pre-Planning, and full Planning Application for an external chimney extractor.

Outcome:

Successfully secured full Planning Permission after overcoming challenges due to the conservation area restrictions.
Client-managed construction with an appointed builder.
