Project Scope:
Single-storey rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen, utility, and dining area. First-floor alterations, adding a master bedroom with en-suite and a new common bathroom in the side extension.
Services Provided:
RIBA Stages 0–3: Design Brief, Concept Design, Pre-Planning, and Full Planning Application submission.
Outcome:
Successfully secured full planning permission despite challenges. Client pleased with the planning approval but facing budget constraints for construction completion.
